Simple 3x3 Algorithems/Short Guide

How to Solve the Rubik’s 3x3 Cube Quick Guide (no diagrams)
1)First, form cross pieces. If piece is flipped wrong way, use Fi, U, Li, Ui
2)Find correct corner pieces. Put underneath correct place. Use Ri, Di, R, D until correct.
3)Put solved side on bottom. Find cross piece on top without top color on it. Line up side.
If piece “goes to left” (top color corresponds to side it goes to) use Ui, Li, U, L, U, F, Ui, Fi
If piece “goes to right” use U, R, Ui, Ri, Ui, Fi, U, F
4)You will have dot, L, line, or cross on top. If you have use F, R, U, Ri, Ui, Fi until you have cross.
(NOTE: If you have L, it must be facing to the upper left.
If you have the line, it must be horizontal.)
5)Rotate U so that 2 sides are lined up.
If 2 sides are across from each other, put one in front and use R, U, Ri, U, R, U, U, Ri
Then you will have 2 next to each other. Put one across from you and one in your right hand.
Use R, U, Ri, U, R, U, U, Ri, U NOTE: this is the same, just with one more U.
6)Find one corner that is in right place already (doesn’t need to be oriented correctly)
Put in bottom right and use U, R, Ui, Li, U, Ri, Ui, L
You should have to do this only once or twice to get all corners in the right place.
NOTE: If you don’t have one in the right place in the beginning, do it to a random side to get one.
7)Hold the cube so one unsolved corner is in the lower right. Use Ri, Di, R, D until right.
Turn only the U layer so that another unsolved corner is in the lower right. Repeat algorithem.
Do this with all unsolved corners. Turn the U layer so that…
8)YOU’RE FINISHED!!! Your cube should be solved. Let me know how it worked out!
